With this weekend's winter system moving out of our region, high pressure will return and bring areas of low clouds and fog/freezing fog back for the work week. Development of our gloomy conditions is expected as early as this evening, and will continue through the week. As always, fog of this nature may slosh and spread at times, allowing for periods of clearing or reduction of cloud cover before returning. Stagnant conditions are expected to persist until Friday or the weekend, when a pair of systems should bring areas of rain and mountain snow alongside clearing to the fog layer.
