The active weather pattern continues with a pair of systems moving through the region. The first begins tonight, spreading from west to east overnight with a few thunderstorms possible in the west half. A marginal risk of severe thunderstorms is in place for Saturday for southern and eastern portions of the UP. A brief break overnight Saturday into Sunday will precede the next system, bringing around an inch of rain to virtually all of the UP by the end of the day Monday.
