It will be cold again tonight, with temperatures falling to or below zero most places. Lingering breezy conditions will result in wind chills of -10 to -20 overnight into Tuesday morning. Temperatures will then warm to above normal late this week, before another cold front brings colder conditions this weekend into at least the first part of next week. Little to no precipitation is expected over the next week.
