We finally are getting some relief from the dryness in central and southern Indiana with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Rain may be briefly torrential in some storms. There is a marginal risk of excessive rainfall creating rapid onset flooding through Wednesday night. Rain chances will end Thursday, with clearing skies. Some storms may become strong to severe, bringing gusty winds and hail. Near normal to above normal temperatures are expected through Thursday night with highs near 70 to the low 80s, lows in the mid 50s to low 60s.
