Mostly cloudy skies with patchy fog this morning will give way to partly cloudy skies for this afternoon. Above normal high temperatures in the mid to upper 80s are expected most areas with lower to mid 90s along the Rio Grande. There are slight chances of showers and thunderstorms over the Coastal Plains and western Val Verde County this afternoon.
