There is a 30-65% chance of more than a half an inch of rain between 7 AM Sunday and 7 AM Monday with the second round of precipitation. The probability of an inch of rain for the areas around and east of the James valley have reduced to 25-30%. This is expected to be just rain, no thunderstorms.
