A weather system moving approaching the region today will increase rain chances from west to east across southeast Washington and northeast Oregon. Heaviest rain amounts are expected along the Oregon Cascade crest, with moderate amounts across other mountain areas. Snow levels will also be dropping between 4,500ft to 5,000ft tonight, resulting in snow chances at and above these elevations.
